I have used a couple of the large lawn care companies. Although they did well enough, there wasn't the personal care that we get from Dues'. I never saw the same person twice. Dues does a very good job plus(and that's a big one!) they are on call. You can speak to someone locally who is aware of your problem and willing to take care of it.
